I UPGRADED ONLINE, SIMPHIWE WHO HELPED ME NEVER TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEED TO KNOW. HE NEVER TOLD ME THAT THE INTERNET BUNDLE I SHOULD RECEIVE WITH MY XPERIA Z WILL ONLY BE LOADED WHEN MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT HAD EXPIRED. IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD NEVER INSISTED THAT MY INTERNET BUNDLE MUST BE LOADED. NOW I HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE. I DONT MIND PAYING IF I KNEW EVERYTHING. HE ALSO GAVE ME CREDIT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, BECAUSE YET AGAIN HE LOADED THINGS THAT SHOULD BE CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT. EACH TIME I CALLED HE'S NEVER AVAILABLE AND WHEN I ASK HE SHOULD CALL ME BACK HE NEVER DOES. WORST SERVICE EVER. WILL BE MY LAST CONTRACT WITH NASHUA MOBILE. not my first time that I experience this bad service
