The UNCANCELLABLE contract!

I accepted a telesale contract from CellC last year (you have been preselected blah blah). The package with my new phone and SIM was delivered on 10 Sept 2012. I called the next day to cancel the service as the phone was not what I expected. ORDER NR 2061414 Ref 80004828695418. I was assured that this was in order, they would send a courier to collect the package in the next 7 days. On 22 October the lackage had still not been collected. My account was first debited on 15 October 2012, without the SIM having been activated or the phone actually being taken out of its original packaging. The package was collected finally: WAYBILL NR RW12244722. Koulekani at COllections gave me a new reference number: OBF070633. To this day, my account is still being debited with R 119/month. And despite automated reassurances that someone will respond to my emailed correspondence, no real person has ever typed or phoned to say what is happening. Automatically the debit order runs. Automatically you go round in circles on the call centre number. I don't have the phone. The SIM was never activated. I want my money back and contract cancellation confirmed!!!
