Total Chaos At Menlyn Cell C Store

Went into the Menlyn Cel C store on 30 May 2013 to sign a contract on a wireless data service. The store is poorly run and management is non-existent. There was an argument between the stand in manager and the employees because many had gone to lunch together leaving them short staffed. Whilst attending to customers agents spoke aggressively to each other and it was apparent that tension existed between them. One customer became angry when the staff refused to hand him over a June promotional booklet as another customer was provided with on minutes before. He stated that he will never do business with Cell C. Long cues existed and many customers left the store in frustration. In my case product knowledge was poor and three people were called at a stage to addresses my basic questions. I spent almost two and half hours at the store and realised how poorly managed the store is and how poor customer is. The menlyn store in my view is an embarrassment to the company.
