Cell C at it again!!!

When I thought Cell C couldn't disappoint me even more, they decided to really show me. All time low. I phoned in twice already complaining about the problem I'm having with BBM, Whatsapp, basically all my connectivity apps. They say it's a general problem, but for a week? I would like to be compensated for this downtime because the frankly the R57.00 I purchased a week ago is going to waste.
