I am so disappointed, I signed up for cell phone insurance last month and this morning I dropped the phone. You'd think perfect timing but instead my cell phone insurance was cancelled by Edgars without my knowledge or any correspondence only because I applied for debt review and not signed up yet. I am still allowed to have insurance and can still pay it, why should it be taken away? Does it not make more sense to have insurance during these times instead? I am appalled at the service. Disgusting. To add to that I did not even want to go under Review for this account.
