I called the cancelations department, my contract period has lapsed. 24 months is over. However instead of this being an automatic end to the debit, i am required to phone in and cancel the contract, unbeknown to me. i call to "cancel" and then get told that i will still be debited for an extra month... when i enquire as to why i am being debited for 25 months when the contract says 24, they say they have a 30 day notice period. i ask but what am i paying for? and its not even a proper cancelation because the contract has come to an end, its not like i am canceling during the 24 month period. then i request the manager and the consultant hangs up! needless to say i am highly frustrated.
