NO 3G SERVICE - NO WARNING

Well Cell C really blew it this time. I used my 3G last night until 9pm. Today I tried to go online, but I could not. When I called the customer centre I was told to download NEW software for my USB modem, OVERNIGHT they had phased out the previous software. WELL - how on earth do I download new software... when I cannot connect to the internet. I made a plan, used my cellphone (AT A GREAT COST) and downloaded the new USB software. HELLs TEETH - The new software DOES NOT WORK. I called the customer centre and was told to take my USB modem to a Cell C store. WHEN will you - Cell C - wake up to the fact that your customers have jobs, and cannot just leave the workplace to go to get new software loaded. WHAT SHOCKING SERVICE. YOU GAVE US NO WARNING, you have no back out plan when your system upgrade goes wrong and your clients have no internet access. I AM DISGUSTED... I will MOST definitely consider another service provider as I need to be able to go online ALL THE TIME. AND hey... why not let your customers know in advance what new plans you have, some of us would like to be prepared. AND still the manager has not returned my call as promised by the call centre!
