Their fault and im paying the price!

In December 2012 my line was suspended due to account error on Vodacom side (NOT MINE!!) after 13 calls withing 3 days to call centre and constant promises to reconnect me this did not happen.. I had to go and buy airtime and new sim. Eventually I was reconnected after a week and a half. I then sent a letter stating I wanted to cancell my contract or I must be refunded for all my costs and time suspended. I am not getting collection letters of ridiculous amounts, Today I advised id make monthly payments but if Vodacom could cancel my SMS bundle, BIS and caller Identity as I no longer use the contract number, they said no they can not do this. Basically pay for services i am not using???.. I then said fine if you cant cancel them and I make the payments can i be reconnected, they advised yes but after re-connection fees and buying a new sim and blah blah blah... every way i turn there is no help!!! VODACOM is a total waste of time they only interested in getting money from you and not helping. It was VODACOMS FAULT and i am having to try clean their mess up. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
