Hope this isn't late, I spoke to mamsi kgopong on the 28.06.2012. when I had a problem with the reactivation of the services. She went an extra mile to advise me . did a transfer of ownership and reinstated the service. She deserves the tittle of best customer service agent. Today I spoke to SALOME MOJAPELO after I had such a bad customer service experience with the agents that I spoke to . thank you so much Salome for what you did for me, the way you handled my query with Abigail and the agent I spoke to. My service is reinstated because of you which Abigail blatantly refused to do even though I had made the payment and account wasn't owing. Hope Abigail and Siphelele can learn from the 2 ladies. If it wasn't for Salome my services would've still been disconnected even though I wasn't owing. Abigail hope this is a lesson for you, you are there to delight customers.

I'm so happy and I say Mamsi and Salome keep on delighting us!
