I would like to add that i always seem to make a compliant to FNB and would like to add that every time i seem to have a query or something wrong with my account RB Jacobs "The FNB Guy" has always listened to my queries and has always went the extra mile in terms of the problem i have with my account and would like to give him a job well done on how you have always helped me to resolve my problems towards my bank account. so i would like to say do keep it up and would always like to thank you for a job well done. and given that i come from a financial institution i just wish that other banking institutions would follow suit. so thank you again "The FNB Guy".
