After an unfortunate 6 week ordeal trying to resolve an out of box failure I have to commend a few people at Vodacom for their efforts. Crighton and Cetwayo at Canal Walk Customer Care assisted me as far as they could to resolve an issue and gave excellent service and advice. Moenier De Vries in the Social Media Department kept on top of things and assisted me to finaly get things resolved even after my case left his desk. Eventually after cancelling my upgrade with Vodacom Faizel Cassiem showed me that Vodacom was serious about resolving my issue on a global scale and that customer service is a priority after all. Thank you all for your efforts. Glad to be a part of Vodacom again :)
