Ive been having problems with my contract account in terms of payment and i just recently renewed my contract. please may i have someone send procedure steps on how to cancel the contract because i cannot handle the bad service i keep getting. where do i need to go and what do i need to bring? i need to urgently sort this out before the next debit order goes through.
