2yrs ago we got contract with 8ta Telkom, had endless problems with phone/sim/statements, we still gave them benefit of doubt, yet again the after service is disgusting, once again we renewed our contracts well in advance and at sametime we were told we cannot cancel contract, mmm I contacted head office and we have 5days cooling of period allowing the client to cancel or sort problems out, once again problem with phone and sim card and also product, we asked them to cancel the one mobile and were told not allowed, thus head office emailed cancellation form, completed and send back requesting that one mobile be cancelled and kept on prepaid, the other mobile number to stay on contract and also client is happy with his phone, its two weeks now and no joy on feed back on request, regarding statements, for 6mths in past we battled with proper detailed statements and finally got what we wanted, mmm last 6mths have not received detailed statement as per request, now we renew and yet again after service and finding solution has not materialised... PLS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO KNOWS WHAT AFTER SERVICE IS - MAKE CONTACT
