Still no joy with getting money refunded

Dear Reader I have written a few emails to the Cell C department and I have phone regarding my money still not refunded to me I were told on the 20th that my money were refunded and that I will have to wait 7 working days for it to be in my bank account its already past the time and still no refund, I did phone twice this week already and all I get told is someone will phone you but no response yet
