Quick to take money but bad to pay back

I have paid by mistake R1500.00 in Cell C account and is battling to get my money refunded I have already phone 3 time and every time I get another excuse and then I must hear someone will phone you in 24-48 Hours but no one does, when I phoned today I were told I have to wait another 7 days after someone has phone be for my refund but they already been sitting with my money for 11 days
