Can I please have my money!

I sent in a report a few about a week ago and got a very speedy response to my complaint. After that- nothing. On the 30th of December I got a call saying that my money would be refunded and after a week still no response or money in my account. This morning I call the call centre twice, by now I know to phone twice only to get told that the credit note was done yesterday and will take another 3-7 working days to find out if it will be credited to my bank account or to my cell c account! I was told last week that it would be refunded into my bank account! They have taken money from me twice in the blink of an eye but are hesitant to give it back. It is my right as a consumer to get my money back!
They cannot put me through to accounts or give me a number???

Please can I have my money and a phone call from the accounts department!
