Not qualifeing for second contract

I applied on line for an second contract on line at mtn.my call was never returned.i went to mtn store at collanade centre Pretoria.my first contract is up to date and my earnings is above R50000 a month.the contract for the new Samsung galaxy s4 was declined and the salesman informed me that mtn headoffice cant give me a reason.i was embarrassed in front of my son and other customers.promises were made again of feedback in this regardwhich did not happen again.i have no bad debt.
