I was trying to upgrade my contract recently, but based on Vodacom's new options, none suit my needs (where a prior package did).

I tried to get this resolved via the Vodacom website, but it's been about a week now and no response. Don't have a contacts page is you can't man it; it wastes both our time.

It's 2013 Vodacom, I'm not going to adapt my usage to fit your products; be more flexible.
