URGENT Re False Advertising Complaint

I logged a complaint earlier today on the website (reference, VCarlson/ re false advertising and my contracts that could not be approved at Game.
A consultant phoned me back 15 minutes after I logged the complaint on this website, and then promised to take up the matter with her team leader. She agreed that there must be something wrong, as according to her, if we earn over R 30 000, there's NO WAY that Game can not approve our 3 new contracts to the value of less than R 800!

I have not heard back from her again.

I can not continue using prepaid vouchers, due to these delays! I want to know if this will be sorted out, and when, so if not, I can just go back to rather using Vodacom if need be. At least it was never a struggle to get customer service from them.

A simple solution would be for your Head Office to just phone Game, tell them what to do, or what they did wrong - so they can correct it to ensure these 3 contracts can go through!! Surely that is not too much to expect? The dumb Game employees just throw their hands up in the air and say that the problem is with Cell C!! Whoever phoned me earlier today can just phone me back to discuss this urgently.
