Incorrect advertising

Mtn has been advertising 2gig data for R99.00 a month. i took a contract with mtn direct for this deal and at no time was i told that this is a open contract once the 2gig is finished. i was charged extra for the extra data used after depleting the 2gig.

if advertised correctly or informed by the salesperson that this was an open contract, i would not have taken it.

I have complained to mtn direct on 27 May 2013 and was promised that i would get a call back but i am still waiting.
