Over charged for data contract

I've got an cell c data contract, which give you 2gig each month and if you don't use it, it falls away, but I'm not satisfied with them because when you use it and have reached 1, 5 gig, that start charging you per megabyte for the rest of the 500mb, why I want to know? then they were suppose to say its a 1, 5 gig data contract and not 2gig for the R120, because when you finish the 2gig they will debit you over R200 every month, MY COMPLAINT IS WHY DO I NEED TO BE CHARGE IF I STILL GOT 500MEGABYTES LEFT, THEY SUPOSE TO CHARGE ME WHEN MY 2GIG IS FINISHED.
