Last 4 months service absolutely shocking. Stopped my debit order in Nov 2012, 4mnths after making regular internet pmts V. debited my acc at the end of Feb. Assured by V. after completing several forms relating to query that R100 for the d/o will be reversed. Never happened and bombarded with sms due to arrears. Numerous false promises to resolve the matter became apparent as V. continued to sms. May line was disconnected, and informed besides R100 in arrears short paid towards premium on the 24 mnths package. Mysteriously premium increased during the 24 mnths without knowledge
Frustrated arrears was paid, I received notification of upgrade packages, I contacted the upgrade dep as per Web site no belongs to cust care dep, numerous attempts being transferred back and forth gave up. I tried the internet informed acc remains in arrears. Week later attempted the upgrade dep yet ended up in the cust care dep. Then transferred to the data dep whom informed me that V.web is behind therefore reason for my arrears Can't express my frustration considering new service provide
