At 7:05am Thursday morning the 29th of May I called Vodacom to increase my voluntary call limit. I went through the second stage menu and selected the account related option then held for an operator. When a male awnsered the phone he answered by saying just 'Yellow'. I can't precisely remember my exact words (please refer to the voice recordings) but I greeted him back then he replied again with just a 'yah? '

I immediately confronted him on he's rudeness and he either put the phone down or we lost connection (please refer to your audit logs and voice recordings).

Now this is both extremely unprofessional and very rude. About 3 minutes later a female Vodacom representative (Pamela Maliwa from Cape Town) phoned and before she could pitch the reason for calling I demanded an explanation and name of the male person I spoke to.
