Get it service activated even though i cancelled

The consultant called me about the get it service on the 8th May and promised to email me documents she did not by monday 13th may i called to cancel the service they said they will but i need a months notice which i think is unnacceptable everytime i call the customer care people say it will be cancelled today i get an sms stating its being activated
