After I finally got my contract migrated from business to MTN Top Up (after 6/7 months of begging) this month, my BIS subscription was cancelled (without informing me and without my approval). I phoned the 808 number on Friday night at 17h20 and spoke to Lerato Mabilo who promised me that the BIS service would be activated within 24 hours, I called at 18h00 on Saturday evening and then spoke to Leon Bradfield who told me that this would be done on Monday (today), I then called MTN this morning and spoke to Liziwe Kgosana and asked very nicely that this service needed to be activated by 12h00 this afternoon (or I would be lodging a complaint on HelloPeter.com)... its now 12h24 and the service has still not been activated and I have not received a call from anyone at MTN!! Your call centre agents are over promising which results in your entire team under delivering.

I want this service up and running by end of business today (16h30 - 8 July 2013)
