Summer Mobile like to pass the buck!!!

I received a call from Ismaeel early April for an upgrade, I have since spoken to 3 or 4 Consultants and a Manager. The putrid excuses and empty promises just carries on, and on. Allmost 2 month on I am yet to receive my item which had to be delivered within 14 days. The excuses and is appauling and when they run out options the resposibility is passed to the customer.

What's the meaning of Customer Service then???
