I have spent the last two hours talking to Internet support staff who seem all too qualified, yet when it comes to down to results, could get nothing done.

The first lady i spoke to had me go through a few steps to try fix my faulty internet. When she could not fix it she put me through to someone else, only to be kicked off the line and have to start the whole process from the beginning again. This process of calling and speaking to a new technician was repeated 4 times before i was told that a soft cap was put on my internet and that i needed an upgrade.

Starting the process once again, I explained my situation to the new technician and was sent back and fourth and back and fourth because they all claimed: "you have to upgrade to the 2meg line before you i can help you." I have never in my life been more frustrated by incompetency!!

I will however say that I was impressed by how fast the phone was answered by the technicians each time i was kicked off the line or sent over to another department. Yet, none of them knew what they were doing and passed the buck to another technician.

Please help your staff to communicate better and more technical training might help!
