I pre-ordered a Play Station 4 console from CNA online, when I phoned CNA on Tuesday morning (17/12/2013) to find out what the status of my order was, I was told that it was already in dispatch and that I would receive it later that day. Three days have gone by since then, and when I phoned CNA this morning (Thursday 19/12/2013) I was told it was only sent to dispatch yesterday afternoon and that I would only receive it on Friday. Had CNA been honest with me and told me I would get it on Friday I would not have minded waiting, but the fact that they were dishonest from the get go is something I find extremely infuriating. I will never purchase anything from the EDCON group ever again. You have lost a loyal customer.
