I've registered for the 2nd Semester at Unisa, and I have still not received software that I need to complete a specific module. I have an assignment due on Tuesday 20/08/2013. I've complained on the forums, called and emailed the department in question, emailed and called dispatch, no response. The department's phones just rings with no one answering. Dispatch just sends a copied and pasted message each time I mail them stating that the materials is in transit and should arrive soon. Well, it still has not arrived and now I'm in a bad situation. Not even an email from the lecturers to give me an extension on my assignments due to Unisa's incompetence. As someone that pays my study fees before the due date, I expect to get the material/s that I need. Very poor service and very poor feedback from both the department and dispatch.
