I decided to change my Nissan X-Trail for a Nissan Navara, but was not impressed with the Trade in that I was receiving, and that is when my disappointment turned to joy. My encounter with the most outstanding sales person that I have ever dealt with Mr Lenny Pillay showed me that people can still go the extra mile, this was not one of those incidents where a person just wants to make a sale, it was a complicated issue as the trade in was R60 000 less than what I owed on the vehicle, yet he fought for the vehicle to be settled in full, got me a great deal on top of that for the Navara and made sure I had my vehicle within 2 days. I would recommend everyone I know to Mr Pillay as he is a real asset to his organisation and I hope that they recognize this.
