FAULTY PHONE WITHIN 6 MONTHS WARRANTY REJECTED

Bought BB Curve 9320 cash on 02/12/2012. In March 2013 phone starts switching off all the time, like every hour of the day. Went on for about 2 months, eventually I get hold of the original invoice and take the phone into MTN Willowbridge to be sent away to be fixed, on the 03/05/2013.As per replair follow up sheet logged with HVRC on 15/05/2013. On the 24th May 2013 I collect the phone at MTN Willowvridge only to find that the assessment report refkects NO FAULT FOUND. Techinician: Brandon Wagner, signed off by a Supervisor named Samier. Now I ask you, WHY WHY WHY WOULD I TAKE A PHONE IN TO BE SENT AWAY FOR 2 WEEKS IF THE PHONE IS NOT FAULTY?? WHY? The weekend of the 24/05/2013 I put my simcard back into the phone and once again the phone dies, just switches off. The only time it switches on is if I physically take the battery out for a few minutes and then put in and reboot. I am a working mother of two boys, my phone is my life line, I need to be in contact with the nanny looking after my baby all day and my elder son's school in cae they try to get hold of me. So I am sitting with a phone that I paid R2 399 for and that is useless BUT THEY CANT FIND A FAULT. HELP
