This phone is not working

Good day i purchased a blackberry 9320 curve from cell c direct in may 2013 and it was brought to me, but the when i charge it the battery heats up or it switches off to reboot called it in for repairs so it was taken in on the 24 may 2013 and i was told it was software and it was fixed... so u kept on giving me problems up until i called cell c and they say they cant help me but how can they not help when my phone is on warranty and i pay R225 ITS A LOT PLS HELP ME
