I purchased airtime to buy a data bundle for my 8ta contract which had been finished. I made an eft of R149. I then received a message saying that you cannot recharge this number and i must supply an 8ta prepaid/hybrid number. This is unacceptable as we are not informed about this before we make the eft and why would it even give me the option to do so if I won't get the airtime!
