Still Intermittent service and no feed back!

We are still having intermittent service on our line, this has been going on for way too long now, yesterday we had almost no internet all day and was unable to do any work!
This is starting to get ridiculous and pathetic!
Telkom's bill is going to be due soon and you are going to be very quick to try and get that payment and i am not willing to pay for something that i have not received service for, i need this sorted out immediately!
I would also like someone to keep in contact with me so they can keep me updated on what is happening!
