No or Intermittent Service

456crk021013 was reported on 02/10/2013 - No Service. Line/Phone all dead @ 12:38. Was without any line till 08:29 on 03/10/2013. No Contact from Telkom. No Feedback. Then when the line came back, it was intermittent, Literally syncing and disconnecting at variable intervals between 5-20 minutes with very slow speeds recorded.

When are you guys gonna get this right? I pay R2000 a month on average for my ADSL.

I work from home, you are a threat to my livelihood with your service levels!

The weekend is here. NO INTERNET. Pathetic!
