Slow and Unstable connection and NO response

I have opened a complaint way back last year October, (Hellopeter 927044) 8ta did reply. but last update was Tue 2013/04/16 09:40 AM, thus far I had no update since then my Internet just got worse
I will like to see if 8ta really want to help their clients. because at the moment I'm not getting ANY KIND of GOOD Customer Service.
