Poor services continuing

I have had absolutely no satisfaction from MTN. Surprisingly they found nothing wrong with their services! They squarely put the blame onto Apple IPhone and wash hands pronouncing that it's not their problem!? However, I beg to differ. Why? I have purchased this as a package from MTN IPhone include! Am I responsible for compatible issues with the network? MTN supplied this and in my humble opinion should have made sure that the IPhone is compatible with their network! They are still happily taking their monthly fee for a this inferior service! They have a signed contract which apparently only work one way which surprisingly is MTN's way! Me the paying client got no right!? As far as I am concern MTN is in breach of contract, because they cannot fulfill their side of the contract! Accept of coarse collect the money. This remains totally unacceptable to me.
