I want the callcentre agent disciplined, and a formal telephoniucallic apogoly from the very same callcentre agent, non neigable!!! I arrive home from the office, immedaily my landline rings, callcentre IVR says please hold for a call. Agent come to line, intoduces herself to me, quick, and mummbled. Addresses me by my first name, as if I am her "family memeber"and then to me, that wawa package is being stopped and going I will be billed differently, with some other tarrifs, so I stopped her and said to her that I am remaining with my current plan, and she got rude, byaksing me if I am telling her "that"", refused to give me her name, then that her name is my name??? that she is calling from Telkom and not an outsourced callcentre and then rudley dropped the line. She called my landline at 16:40, please reteive this call and investigated disipline, this is unnacceptable behaviou that I would not accept. I will also enquire witht the FSB and the CPA with regards to this incidient and call, so please have the call availabe.
