Since 1/5 I have been having an issue with receiving bonus airtime. After a million calls and emails I am still stuck with this problem.

On 16th The facebook team let me know that the issue of the bonus airtime has been resolved and some bonus airtime has been loaded for me.

I was very happy to hear that I would no longer need to struggle and keep a record of the airtime being spent since it is quite a nuisance.

I am aware that bonus airtime is used before any amount that is loaded on the phone. Since the 16th I have loaded airtime to the value of roughly R600 on my phone. I have yet again not received any bonus airtime after using this amount.

It is incredibly frustrating to have to constantly send e-mails and make phone calls and nothing is done. No feedback is provided. Regardless of the problem with the system it doesn't hinder virgin mobile's ability to provide customers with feedback and honest information.

I am tired of waiting for empty promises to be met and I would like virgin mobile to give me some form of feedback I can believe and a contact person who will assist me. I would also like for my bonus airtime to be loaded so I can stop hounding virgin mobile for it!
