On Saturday 11 May 2013 my wife ordered a Samsung (Pocket) phone on a contract upgrade & was told that stock was expected on Wednesday 15 May.
On Friday 17 May my wife went to this shop was told that they (Cedar Square) had been held up on Tuesday 14 May & she would be notified when stock was available.
On Saturday 25 May my wife & I went to this shop & were again told that they had been held up & still had no stock. On questioning the ill mannered assistant (who scarcely looked up from the computer on which he was working/playing) as to this unacceptable delay in acquiring a phone I was informed that they were waiting for the insurance payout before they could order more stock & that no date could be given as to when my wife would receive a phone.
Please explain how this business operates with no available stock, an apparent shortage in working capital & an extremely rude assistant?
