Really bad service after 15 years support!

Actually have 2 complaints, firstly I have been with these people - 15 years have decided to cancel ADSL and move to their 3G. The 3G service is pathetic have been told its coverage issue gave me a number I have now phoned 5 times and still do not have a call reference or any indication if they interested in resolving my issue. The signal in my house is VERY bad! The person at the call centre even refuse to give her details to me!

Early December I was due for an upgrade, decided I will wait for iPhone5 due to having iPad and Macbook for work went and put my name down, was told it would take a while. Went on leave and while I was on leave my BB started giving problems. Came back and went to find out when the iPhones will arrive was told only in February! Could not wait and because BB was packing up decided to upgrade to new BB. Arrived back home and was still busy loading contact and I got a phone call saying my iPhone arrived!!! Then tried to find out if I can come back and swap the answer was a blatant NO you will have to live with the BB!

Thanks for the good service MTN after 15 years of loyalty from me, guess who wins my loyalty!
