Vodacom SA Worst Service Provider Ever!!!

I have been a loyal platinum customer of Vodacom for about 18 years, having spent in excess of R 250, 000 with them in that time. The way they treat this loyalty is to kick the customers teeth in, ignore the issues and pretend i don't exist or will go away!!
Stupidly on Tuesday the 19th I decided to upgrade my phone and extend my contract with Vodacom via Nashua Mobile. I collected the phone and they did the SIM swap, saying in 4 to 24 hours it will be active. 24 hours later it was not active, I called Nashua they confirmed the swap was done and i should give it some time, leave the SIM out of the phone, etc. Then I got a message that I had requested a SIM swap and my line went down - a good sign Nashua assured me. Another 24 hours later still nothing, I complained to @vodacom111 who asked what the issue was I told them and then they flatly ignored me. I went to Nashua hte service agent convinced me to stupidly again wait and they issued a new SIM, wait till 11H00, I waited till 12H00 still nothing. As of this morning 25 Jan my number is off the air.
So come @MTN / @Cell C / @8ta make me an offer!!!
