I've closed my account with Nashua Mobile (Cell C) on the 25th of June 2012 after I my contract came up for an upgrade, which I upgraded. I waited for my new Blackberry for 8x weeks, in which I was promised my new phone twice a week. Every time I go into the store I got more excuses, even that it was Cell C that was at fault, to which I responded that Nashua is my service provider and not Cell C. I got written confirmation that my last debit order will be at the end of August 2012 when the contract lapses. Since then I have paid for this account every month including device fees, BIS and call charges. And this for something I have never received and a contract I could not use. I have visited the store several times in the last couple of months and every time they assure me that the matter is sorted and that the monies will be paid back to me. I even paid R1010 in Dec 2012 for a contract that should cost me R250. The salesman and Manageress assured me time and time again that its sorted. Yet is still isn't today still. I have no stopped the debit order on my account in order to not pay any more and yet I still don't have the monies paid back to me, which accumulates to over R2500.
