Still deducting premiums for a ended contract

We have cancelled the contract in Aug'12 already - premiums are still being deducted I have contacted them by emial again end of April to cancel and to look at the refund for the other months - replied on thank you it is cancelled and they will get somebody to contact me.
Guess what???
They deducted double this month for April and May. What do they call customer services? Are their people well equiped to do their jobs?
I would like some urgent feedback please.
