Declined to refund premiums

I took out vehicle insurance through them, and they were to cancel my previous insurer, they deducted my premiums without cancelling the other insurances as a result I was double paying. I cancelled insurance with them and ask for a refund, which they agreed, but up to now they have not paid. This is outstanding from April
