CellC bungles data amount on new contract

When I agreed to upgrading contract telephonically, I was told I would get 200 plus extra 300 MB data on a 200 straight up contract (special April deal). Being the 9th May, I understood that I would only get the pro rata amount. I was only loaded with 100 something MB which lasted 2 weeks. Fortunately I had capped the account at R50. But another mistake, they billed me at the higher rate for the last R50 instead of 15c per MB, so a double blow! So now, I'm sitting with a beautiful phone that is blocked until next month, even though I have plenty of airtime and free sms's that I am unable to use. All because of their admin mistakes. This is the 2nd complaint I have laid for the same operator, Mandla. The first was for delivering the wrong phone, cutting off my BlackBerry a week before the time and forgetting to include the nanosimcard in the package! What a lot of mistakes for one contract! I can only imagine how many others have had bad experiences.
