Data bundles just disappearing

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOUR NETWORK!!! Last week monday i purchased 100MB within 4 hours i was left with 33.5MB when i called your call center they said my phone was connected to the internet and could not tell me what was using my data because of privacy and advised me to go to an mtn store (i visited the branch at standard bank head office the consultant told me that the agent should have told me what was using my bundles provided i passed the security check). The agent refused to give me a reference number saying that you don't give ref numbers i could just use her name as a reference. Then on friday i converted loyalty points for 10MB i only used my phone for 30mins when i checked again i had 0MB left. Today i purchased R30 airtime and its all gone. Bearing in mind that i have not downloaded any application/video/song in all instances. I have no idea what to do i don't want to purchase airtime cause i risk loosing it but how do i communicate with others. I so disappointed in your network, this is my second complaint in just a few weeks and my first hasn't been resolved, I think that porting to another network might be my solution.
