2nd Complaint - problem still not sorted

(Previous complaint: We decided to switch over to cell c - problems with our other network. About 2 weeks ago we applied by dialling in. on the day the lady told us that we were approved. on the 7th of may i called to trace delivery, i was told that we were approved on our first call and the phones will reach us by 10 may. when i followed up on 8th, was told that we were only approved on the 8th and the handsets is out of stock we will have to wait 2-3 more weeks. This is BAD customer service. Already regretting decision to move my contract and didn't even receive my handsets.)

Utterly Disgusted: we received al call from Sipho which left me Quite Impressed BUT then he promised that both handsets will be delivered on 14th May, which didn't happen. I tried and tried to get hold of him yesterday but i just hold and hold for hours, nobody seems to know who Sipho is, get transferred from one place to another. If this issue is not resolved by friday, I want to cancel this contract.
