Shop terminate my Contract after I signed Contact

I signed a contract with Cell C at Centurion about a week ago.
(All required documentation was provided to the shop)

The shop couldn't indicate when they would receive stock (they just indicate it could take about 2 weeks)
My wife contacted the shop 4 days later and they still couldn't indicate when stock will be available.

We went away this weekend (from the 24 May 2013 to the 27 May 2013) to the Drakensburg.
We didn't hear anything form Cell C on the 24. Today I switched on my phone and I received a voice mail that stock was received over the weekend. I went to the shop but because I didn't collect it with in a certain time frame my contracted was terminated with CellC. So the legal document that binds cell c and myself for 24 months has been terminated because I was away for the weekend. Also the contract and supported documents was destroyed to protect my information, but that contract has been laying in the store for about a week. That is a bit contradicting.

Cell C, please sort this out within 24 hours.
I would like to have my Samsung S4 and account activated before 17:00 28 May 2013.
