Why must i always wait in a long queue?

If i purchase on Friday, long queue, if its Monday, same story.
Even for returns, same story.
Just this week i wanted to return an item and the queue had 11 people in with only 1 attendant. When i came in on another day the store was closed for power failure but none of the other stores were closed.
Improve this situation or you will be loosing your customers to the much easier to shop Cotton On shop upstairs.
